Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

    Each of our services is crafted to suit the client’s individual preferences and vision. We provide consultations, styling advice, and editing services that are tailor-made to ensure our clients receive exactly what they envision. Due to the custom nature of our work, once services have begun, they cannot be reused or reassigned, making refunds impractical.

    Hass-HusM operates on a collaborative model, involving the client at each critical phase of the project to ensure satisfaction. This includes providing previews, draft approvals, and real-time adjustments, giving clients ample opportunities to shape the outcome to their liking. Our goal is to keep clients informed and satisfied throughout, minimizing any need for dissatisfaction upon delivery.
  3. Digital Delivery and Immediate Access
    As our services are delivered fully online, clients receive their photography and editing work in a digital format, often with immediate access post-completion. Once digital files are delivered, they are considered final due to the nature of digital products and services, which are irreversible and cannot be physically returned.

    Although our services are non-refundable, we value our client’s experience and satisfaction. To ensure every client is pleased with the final result, we offer minor revisions based on original project specifications. These revisions are provided at no additional cost, aligning the final product as closely as possible to the client’s expectations.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Our no-refund policy applies to all services, but we recognize that unforeseen issues can arise. In exceptional circumstances, such as a technical error on our part, we will take measures to rectify the situation. This may involve a complimentary reshoot or additional editing support to correct any specific issue that is inconsistent with the agreed-upon deliverables.
