Due to the custom nature of our work, once services have begun, they cannot be reused or reassigned, making refunds impractical. - Collaborative Workflow

This includes providing previews, draft approvals, and real-time adjustments, giving clients ample opportunities to shape the outcome to their liking. As our services are delivered fully online, clients receive their photography and editing work in a digital format, often with immediate access post-completion. Once digital files are delivered, they are considered final due to the nature of digital products and services, which are irreversible and cannot be physically returned. - Commitment to Quality and Revisions

To ensure every client is pleased with the final result, we offer minor revisions based on original project specifications.
